But since trying the depend real fit, theres no going back. they really do fit, theyre colorful and since using it theres beenn no accidents for me to clean up! I have had bladder problems all my life due to a very weak muscle down there and a small bladder. I still wet every night but during the day I need to go about 15 to 20 times a day. I tried pads, thicker cotton briefs, Kid diapers inside my underwear, at times I even had to wear an extended wear disposable diaper (like Depend Maximum or Abriforms). A few years back while still in high school after a few accidents I began using Depend Refastenables which held most accidents. Then a couple years ago Depend began making Mens Underpants and these worked okay for daytime and long car trips. Recently these new real fit Mens Underpants came out and they have far more holding power than I thought they would have. When losing bladder control these hold it all in with no leaks. I can go a couple times before needing a change and still I try to make the mens room. Though I am a heavy night wetter and these would not hold all my night wettings (when I wear maximum protection plastic backed briefs) these work well for daytime issues. I am not even self consious about wearing these. They are not noticable under my slacks or shorts or sweats. I compare wearing these to wearing my eyeglasses, both get me through the day.

Had Prostate Cancer surgery and use Depend Real Fit and they work as stated. The waist is a little to high so I fold the waistband over and is just about right. The only problem I have is they get very warm after wearing for awhile and you start to sweat and can get moist and a little uncomfortable. I also use the guards and at night the shields. Overall a good product for the money and have not had any real problems.

Removal when arriving home was easy without fuss or mess. I'm a physician and now understand what my aged patients have experienced when sudden bladder fullness must be relieved. Nobody but me knew what was happening. This is truly an amazing product.

When I have an accident the odor control is wonderful. They have great durability and the fit is amazing. They are so comfortable.
