It is incredibly comfortable to wear for long periods. There are no unpleasant smells, and it's a super durable product. The new version of Real Fit Depends has cheaper quality. The fabric is a disappointment. The fit is much less comfortable than in the previous version. Shame on you, Depends. Do you think men wear your product because they have so many choices and choose you? Do you think they like wearing incontinence products. At the least, you should provide the product that they feel comfortable wearing. Bring back your previous version. I for one would be happy to throw in a couple bucks to buy a decent product. They fit just like a boxer brief and seemed to be pretty strong. I'm used to children's diapers, and this was a way better material.

I have been using Woman's Tena S/M 18's on my husband for years because the S/M size fit his slim hip size snugly so he could wear them under jeans. This is why I tried out the Depend Real fit S/M on him for a week so far. I still have to use a Doubleup by Medline (extra long) liner inside for extra protection for him and I didn't like the blue color but the grey was nice. Cause it's real comfortable. It goes with my everyday Sue and attire. And it's nice and comfortable and it's not noticeable. And it's very absorbs everything and a nice good manner.

I have never used a men's incontinence product. This was my first. I bought a box of 10 L/XL. Before I went out in public, I thought I would try my first at home. First, you should not sell an L/XL, because there is a difference in size. I am clearly of the XL variety, and these pants were a bit too small. Nevertheless, I would wear them until I ran out and then probably switch to Depend FIT-FLEX XL which should fit better. At home, I tried on one of the Depend Real Fit Incontinence Underwear L/XL and waited for the urge. It didn't take long, and I was ready for the test. I stood in the shower and let it flow. It wasn't long before I could feel that warm wet feeling running down the inside of my right leg. That is a fatal product failure. What do I do with the rest of the box?
