My wife takes the waist in 5 inches and the legs 3 inches before they are leak proof for me. After that they work real fine with no problems. I would suggest you make a youth small adult size for us little men.

These work fine for everyday usage due to my size the fit is just right and can be worn a full day without noticeable differences like other brands. They seem to hold drips very well making the absorption is pretty decent and the smell is controlled too. And this size is too small for me.

Just a month out from prostate cancer surgery, learning how to control urination is very difficult. When I found Real Fit Depends I was amazed. they fit great and no one can tell I'm wearing them.
