The fit is comfortable and snug without being too tight, and they feel very much like real underwear. The absorbency is excellent—I never have to worry about leakage, even on long days. One of the best features is the odor control, which gives me added confidence when I’m out and about. Overall, these briefs offer great protection, comfort, and discretion. the product did feel real good i was comparing it to a diaper from the bottom half group llc. which i have worn for 2 years now.i am bladder incontinent from a bull dozer accident in 1998 i am only being honest with the results im 57 years old and need protection 24/7

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First I am only 49, and based on a radical surgery, I have to wear protection for hopefully a short time. The mental impact of the need for protection is the first hurdle to conquer. However; the REAL FIT gives you a feeling of protection and wear that isn't so different from "what was". Now that I have gone through the acceptance, I am fine with whatever, however again; I do enjoy the more natural look than a 12 inch waste band.

These are the biggest improvement in adult diapers I've ever seen. They fit great and feel even better. I feel years younger wearing Real Fit. My only suggestion would be a slightly tighter waistband for those of us who have heavy "leakage", making the diaper quite heavy after a full day, causing them to succumb to gravity. They're too expensive to use 2 per day, but I save quite a bit buying them from Walmart online in quantity to avoid shipping cost. Try them once and you'll never go back to traditional diapers.

I was very surprised they have the band at the top like underwear and they move like underwear. I would definitely buy this product.
