The Real Fit was very comfortable and was a good fit. I found them to be rather warm and caused sweating when it was warm outside. The sweat caused the liner to expand, making them a little tighter. They never bunched up and became uncomfortable though.After a few hours of wear, there was a noticeable odor.

Being a man, rather self concise of reaching the age of needing the protection from leaking in public. Depend Maximum Real Fit will be a part of my daily hygiene. These work fine for everyday usage due to my size the fit is just right and can be worn a full day without noticeable differences like other brands. They seem to hold drips very well making the absorption is pretty decent and the smell is controlled too. And this size is too small for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These underwear fit well and are comfortable to walk in. Walked around in them for a few hours and didn’t have issues with comfort. I am a man with a normal BMI, and did not experience any chafing. They smell like a baby’s diaper! So no weird odor that I can tell. They were able to absorb 2 cups of warm water without leaking and that seemed to be the limit. When I added a third cup of water, it was too much and my last picture shows some spots of the liquid seeping through. I gave it 4* because I expected it to hold more liquid before seeping through. To be fair though, I don’t have any other experience with adult diapers here. Everything else about it was great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these for my husband to try and he just thought they were okay he thought they were a little uncomfortable to wear when it is hot outside but said they were absorbent and that the waist band part was soft.

This product is fairly good. I have urge incontinence so this product works well for my issues. It can hold about one full emptying of my bladder. They hold up well for about 8 hours of my day before any leakage. I have had a few small 'accidents' but nothing too big. So they would work well for small leakage if I changed them every 5-8 hours. If u dont then except to be doing lots of laundry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very good product for people. It is large enough and absorbant that makes it very comfortable and makes wearing it easy under clothing. It's hard to break even when wet and does not release any smell when wearing it.

I’m very disappointed with the revised product contained within the new packaging. When I saw it I knew there were going to be issues and sure enough there are. After measuring the width of the absorbent pad they have indeed shrunk but somehow mange to chaff and ride me worse then the previous ones. I guess I’ll have have to stock up on the old ones while I can and then switch brands which is hard to do in a monopolistic market. I would post a picture of the new package but the site won’t let me; it boldly states “50% MORE PLUS”.
