It isn't perfect, its hard to tell how wet I am until I have a small wet spot on my pants, the padding is surprisingly absorbent but not full coverage I guess to make it discreet however it comes at the price of effectiveness. It comes in a smaller more expensive package then the other underwear and isn't that much more discreet. I don't see the real benefit over the other underwear product or even the tape on briefs as both other products are completely discreet under clothing and depending on your needs the other 2 are more then adequate. If you are bowel incontinent you need something snug fitting, the underwear really doesn't handle that well with the seat coverage the current generation underwear offers (the briefs used to be better in that area too but even the modern briefs with their seat padding not riding as high in the seat still offer more coverage then the underwear as well as at least a bit of room in the seat to expand) If you have moderate bladder incontinence these are good though.

This product is fairly good. I have urge incontinence so this product works well for my issues. It can hold about one full emptying of my bladder. They hold up well for about 8 hours of my day before any leakage. I have had a few small 'accidents' but nothing too big. So they would work well for small leakage if I changed them every 5-8 hours. If u dont then except to be doing lots of laundry.

The newest version of Depend Real Fit have improved on absorbency, however the fabric on the newest ones are much too weak and seem to stretch out and become loose too quickly. When that happens you tend to get leaks around the legs. Also, this product could be greatly improved with the addition of leak guards and extending the absorbent pad further up the back of the product.

I have been using Woman's Tena S/M 18's on my husband for years because the S/M size fit his slim hip size snugly so he could wear them under jeans. This is why I tried out the Depend Real fit S/M on him for a week so far. I still have to use a Doubleup by Medline (extra long) liner inside for extra protection for him and I didn't like the blue color but the grey was nice.
