We don’t want to admit we need the protection that Depend provides. These are form fitting yet very comfortable. They protect your clothes and help you feel secure. They absorb while protecting your skin from irritation. You can feel confident wherever life takes you.

I suffered a sudden brain bleed last November that caused temporary paralysis below the waist including my bladder and colon. I have been working hard to recover, and have made much progress but sadly my bladder & colon have not responded. It has been the most difficult and challenging medical emergency I have faced, and I have faced many. The Depends have helped make it a much more comfortable and less stressful situation than it would be without this very vital product. I especially like that they are very similar to regular underwear, not bulky and baggy,(The locker room at the gym is less awkward with these as well... no one really notices because they look like briefs!). It makes them more comfortable, and I know I am safe and dry no matter what. I prefer the cloth-like style myself, but all of the Depend Products have worked great. Thank You for making a difficult situation less so.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, they work well. The absorbency is great, no leaks and they did a good job of keeping the odor in check and moisture wicked away. They fit and feel like regular underwear, so quite comfortable for regular daily use in most normal wear situations. I'd recommend them and get them again.

Love this product for my husband who needs assistance after his stroke. However, even though he isn't that large of a man and I buy the large size, they will rip at the back while pulling them up in place. I'd give them a 5 if it wasn't for that problem of ripping at the back. Otherwise great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok. So yes, although not needed, I did try these on and walked around for a while.l wanted to give an honest opinion. It really was not bad at all. I was doing housework, so things did get a little hot and steamy. Other than that, they were comfortable. There was no leakage or dropidge, so I am unable to give an opinion on that. I still recommend anyone with blader control issues to give this a try.

They are more expensive then the brand I was using, but the feature make it worth it. I am switch to the Real-Fit.

Fabric feels soft and breathable keeping it dry with minimal chances of sweating! It's high quality product by Depend!! Will continue buying it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is more like a diaper than underwear although it was advertised as underwear. The size of the diaper is small-medium, but it feels geared toward medium since it loosely fit a small stature. For a small person, it could fall any moment it absorbs urine or poop. There should be a size extra-small to small so a small person could fit. The misleading photo and advertisement is a bummer.

I got a package of the new RealFit at the drug store, they are different than the one I had previously ordered online. At first I was a little worried that they had been changed for the worse, but after wearing a couple I have to say Well Done depend. The new Realfit are vastly superior to the old one. They are much softer, less prone to leaking and more absorbent. The only thing that could improve them would be standing leak guards similar to the ones on "Protection with tabs". Making the absorbent pad come up a bit further in the back would be nice as well.
