These were a #6 which for me is on the high side. They held in place but were bulky and kind of uncomfortable. They were soft on my skin and the material held up with all of the moving around I do on a daily basis and didn't tear. They're odor free. I like scented products so if they had a powder scent or fresh scent I'd choose that one for sure. I recommend giving them a try if you have incontinence issues. After having a baby I would leak quite often, and while wearing it I feel comfort, there is a small thickness to the pad but it isn't disturbing. I also love the fact that the pads don't make my inner thighs chafe. The adhesion on the back sticks to my underwear all day and wouldn't slide off which I absolutely love! There is also zero odor that comes from the pads which is amazing because any liquid that comes out it instantly absorbs and is really dry.
