The adhesive kept the pad firmly in place without any shifting. Most importantly, the absorption is incredible. It can hold a huge amount with zero leakage, and my skin stayed dry all day, which is the main goal. The major downside is the bulk. They're super thick, so they aren't very breathable (I did feel quite sweaty after a while) and they're not discreet or comfortable for regular daytime wear. I'll keep these in my arsenal for specific, heavy-duty needs like long trips without bathroom access or overnight protection. But for everyday comfort, I'll look for something thinner.

It was soft and not irritating. I didn’t love that it had no wings but I liked that it stayed where I put it. It didn’t scrunch or shift which added to the security. The poise bars are very comfterable to wear all day and hold their shape. They are not bulky and form to your body to ensure no accidents. They do not have a scent which I really like and they do not hold odor after wearing for hours.
