The adhesive and absorbency are good. They have no odor. One star off because they are quite thick and a bit bulky which is not ideal and feels less than perfect. Just a smidge thinner would be better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Poise Fresh Protection pads are huge! These are the Ultimate Long 6-drop absorbent pads that fit like a giant period pad! This size is built for ladies who do more than dribble during the day and or night. These were overkill for me with my light dribble after using the bathroom or not so often sneezing. These pads are unscented and reposition on its own because they are too big for me. They do provide great protection against wetness but odor…I would spray feminine spray deodorant before wear.
