Because of the bulkiness, the pads become bunched together (think like a lincoln log) and does not cover the under garments appropriately and therefore does not absorb like it would if it had not bunched up. I can see where leakage onto the underwear appropriately garments and outer garments could occur. With the pad being bulky, I do not feel that it shows and could still be worn discretely by most users. Overall, some coverage is better than no coverage but wished these had wings (maybe to help them from bunching up) and did not bunch up after a couple of hours of wear

That being said, the product is wonderful. The material allows you to feel dry without awareness because of how absorbent. It allows for movement as well, because it is wider than normal.
