These pads are unbelievably absorbent, yet they are not too thick or bulky. I feel so much better knowing I have these on just in case—I have been out where I can’t help it—sometimes it’s not just a small leak—and these pads have me covered. They’re also great to sleep in just in case!

If you have ever done these, you know that things leak. This pads really helped absorb the liquid and make sure that I woke up with dry clothing and a dry bed. They stayed in place all night and I toss and turn a lot. I have no doubt they would be great during the day too.

The material in the pad is soft and doesn't irritate my skin. The size and shape is perfect. I'm a larger size and these fit surprisingly well. The sticky backside clings well to underwear. I was super impressed by the pad's ability to mask odor. I use the pads most when I'm traveling long distances or when I'm going out and don't know if I'll have quick access to a bathroom. Often times, I don't have any warning before I'm suddenly leaking and these pads have been so helpful in these very embarrassing situations. The pads make me feel comfortable going places. I definitely prefer this brand over others I have tried.

The absorbency is amazing - I never have to worry about leaks - and they help me feel fresh and confident no matter what I'm doing. They don't irritate my skin. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Poise.com has an Absorbency Scale which claims: Ultimate Absorbency - 6 Drops "Offering the highest level of protection for significant bladder leakage or gushes, these pads ensure maximum comfort and security during daily activities or more strenuous tasks. Offered in Ultra Thin." I tested this Poise pad with 2 cups of warm water and did my best to produce a "gush" of water. I'm impressed! A single drop splashed off the side of the pad but everything else was absorbed quickly. There is a slight wetness to the pad when you touch it but it's a pad, not a diaper. It is also very soft to the touch and was fairly quiet when I opened it. It's around 15 inches/38 centimeters long and 4 inches/10 centimeters wide (in the center).

They’re long and thick so they do feel kinda bulky but the protection was good so that’s okay. I also appreciate they tell you which way is the front because I hate having to guess
