About the size of my palm, just a bit bigger when packaged. Label is clear for front/back of pad as well! The design of the front allows you to feel the fit and adjust as needed. There's 1 major issue, and that's no wings of any sort. Even the tiny baby wings would've helped, as this pad is quite large, I was surprised to see it wingless, it immediately traveled in the back on me (if you know, you know) Scent isn't perfumed, just clean, which also helps significantly when dealing with these types of wellness quests.

It gives Up to “12 hours” of protection against leaks. pads are softly curved and wider in the front/back to help prevent bunching and improve coverage. Odor control: mentions of a “FreshSense” system that neutralizes strong bladder leak odors up to 12 hours. The product is available in “Long” lengths.

These pads are the same size and the only huge difference is that the size 6 is thinner and doesn't feel as bulky to wear. There doesn't seem to be any scent to them. Due to health issues like diabetes, I have my days where my bladder feels a little more out of control than others and these work really well when I know I'm going to be up and active. I also liked wearing these when I went to the gym. I usually wear shirts that cover my bottom so I can't really say much on whether they look bulky in that sense. I really liked the size of these and I wish they had a size of these that were the same exact coverage size as the six and seven but even just a little thinner and maybe just a tad whiter in the back. I have yet to try any pads that are like that but these in the meantime are definitely my preferred incontinence pads to wear when I know I need something that covers well and can keep up with me when I'm trying to move around a lot whether it be trying to work out or go out hiking. Even just a busy day running around doing errands these work really well. It's really hard to try and be active when you have problems that cause bladder leaks and trying to find products that you can comfortably wear while trying to make these issues better. I would love to try something like these that are meant specifically for high activity wearers. I'd like to be able to lay on my back or side and be able to do certain exercises where leaks tend to try and run off where the pad doesn't cover. In the meantime, I do have to put panty liners around the sides of the back to catch those areas. I also wanted to point out to anyone interested in these that are unsure about how big these are, when opened they are about the length of the packaging which I have pictured, and also half is wide. These are the pack of 27, size 6 ultimate long, just in case you're out and you are trying to make a guess.

It could be due to pre-menopause or after having children (your body is trying readjust itself after having a tiny human in you for nine months). These definitely save your panties from those leaks and tinkles. There isn’t a scent which is great for those who are sensitive down there.

My recent run-in with the flu left me sneezing and coughing myself into a total mess. These new higher absorbency poise pads totally saved the day. They fit well and provided me a level of comfort that really made a difference. Highly recommend these for any day when you need to be absolutely sure you are covered.

My biggest problem is the fact that it has no wings and you might leak overnight. Overall it isn’t the worst but definitely not the best. If they tweak a couple things, it would improve my rating.
