Because they are so absorbent it is on the thicker side so you could see a light imprint on the bottom if you’re wearing something tight like leggings. It does great to neutralize urine odor.

A pad or two fit perfectly fine in my purse and gym bag. Since having children, these pads can be used anytime I want to ensure I stay feeling and smelling fresh. Pretty discreet, so it wasn't obvious that I was wearing one. They are just a little thick which can be a bit too much for everyday use, good for night time. The absorbency is impressive and I don’t have to worry about leaks, even on long days. They stay in place well, feel soft against the skin, and don’t feel bulky under clothing. I purchased this for the first time to try it out..I thought the pad was thick and while it did prevent a leak … I did not like the feel of the the product.. little thick from what I am used to to…I think the package could be updated..and while it is not my choice .. their are people who like Poise pads
