The back side of the pads are plastic and make noise sometimes when you are moving or walking. It reminds me of a retro '80s outer diaper material. This is a wingless pad and there's a slight elastic area that seems to be a spot that leaks on occasion from the corner onto your underwear. The absorbency is pretty good, it's just there does not seem to be a very good barrier to prevent it from moving beyond the edges. I have had that issue regardless of how much liquid has been deposited into the pad it just really depends on where the liquid is deposited and how quickly it comes out. The side of the pad that touches your body is soft and has not caused any irritation. It is a good sized pad that covers well. It does have good odor absorbency- we have noticed no odor in use. We used the entire package and only had leakage four times and it was minor. Overall we are pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pads are very thick. They are great at absorbing, don't leave me feeling damp, and prevent odor. They stay in place and don't shift around. Pretty discreet, so it wasn't obvious that I was wearing one. They are just a little thick which can be a bit too much for everyday use, good for night time. The absorbency is impressive and I don’t have to worry about leaks, even on long days. They stay in place well, feel soft against the skin, and don’t feel bulky under clothing. I also appreciate how discreet they are—you can’t tell I’m wearing them at all.

There is no sense in a perfect fit and I really like that in the morning I don’t have to worry about wetting the bed no-anything else very comfortable I could wait until the morning that I wake up to use the restroom. I have no leakage while I’m walking to the restroom so these are perfect.

They handled heavier needs well and offered peace of mind throughout the day. That said, they do feel bulkier than I personally prefer, especially under certain clothing. I would absolutely purchase Poise products again in the future, just likely in a lower absorbency level that better fits my comfort needs.

I used them alot during my colds because that’s when I start to release some pee caused by the sneezing. This fits comfortably on brief underwear and no need to continuously keeps changing like with liners.

I use them during treadmill runs, when I tend to have the most leakage, and they hold up perfectly—no leaks and no odor. They stay in place, even with movement, and are very absorbent. They are on the bigger side, but for the amount they hold, it’s totally worth it. I can finally focus on my workout instead of worrying about accidents.

Definitely would purchase in a small size. Overall does a great job for I purpose . I would use *6 for bedtime only .

Prior to use, you can feel the integrity of the pad and know that you’ll be pretty well covered in case of an accident. I like the thin, lightweight outer packaging and I’m always looking for brands to continue to reduce packaging as able and make it more sustainable.
