The rapid lock system kept me drier than some other brands that I've tried. I give an A plus plus for absorbtion and for not leaking. The materials used for making the pads also helps control odor for up to 12 hours. Poise also proudly boasts "Up to 100% clean, dry and fresh protection guaranteed" Which for me was the truth. The pads stays stuck where I put it. They're thin enough no one notices I'm wearing one. I highly recommend. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing absorption! I recently got sick and had such bad coughing fits that I had leaking issues. These really came useful as it absorbed any leaks from sudden outbursts. The top layer magically stayed dry. I did notice that the pad would feel extra squishy from liquid. I was amazed by how much heavier it became so I could tell it can give much relief by absorbing so much liquid. I don think I’ve seen a longer pad but it worked wonders.

On the occasion where I would peak before making it to the toilet, these saved the day. They are absorbent with no weird smell Gentle and great for such a sensitive area. I highly recommend them.
