I didn't get a rash, and they aren't that bulky at all. I also like that you don’t feel like you are wearing a pad. If you wet yourself, it does a great job of absorbing. This is a great product.

Sometimes, coughing or sneezing causes leakage. Also, I jog regularly, and really sweat. Instead of using my usual paper towel down there, I tried this, and it was very comfortable. It soaked up the sweat, kept me dry, and didn't move around.

They are very large pads which definitely cover front to back making it great for long days sitting. They are a little bulky dur to their large size.they do great with odor control.
