They seemed to stay in place pretty well, but I am also used to using pads with wings. I am not sure if I would buy this product in the future, but I could see it working well for other people.

These pads come individually wrapped which makes it great to throw a few in my bag in case I need to change it while I'm out. I suffer from sudden bladder mishaps and this product is excellent for that! They have an adhesive on the bottom to attach to my panties and they stay in place. They are nice and thick and comfy to wear all day if needed. They are durable and will hold up all day. I feel confident when out in public that if I have a sudden bladder leak, this product has maximum absorbency and will keep me dry and odor free. I highly recommend these Poise pads!!

Would recommend for anyone with nighttime bladder issues. I’ve tried pads but they chafe me . These help take the liquid away so there is no irritation
