My personal problem is that by the time morning comes along, I always have too much output for ANY pad to hold...If you know what I mean? So, the Poise Long Length pads are okay, and nicely made, but not for me. Thank you.

Have great absorbency and leakage protection, the only thing is that because of its large size it does show when you wear fitted clothes. If you get heavy bleeding I would definitely recommend it.

These came at the right time and because I have medium to sometimes heavy flow, I was amazed at how these had the best absorbency for my current flow and didn't leave me feeling like a big mess. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fit of these was a little big but I understand why now after reviewing the absorbency guide. This is the first time I've seen something like the absorbency guide and I love it because I usually suffer from "gushes", which is what 6 is for. The comfort was great and I was able to move. Definite leak protection with these pads as they are very big. Odor control was good. I couldn't smell anything from them and that's one of my biggest concerns.
