Like many women over 40, I deal with light incontinence — especially when laughing, coughing, or sneezing. While I usually use thin liners, I sometimes worry they won’t be enough, so I was eager to give these a try. Poise is a trusted brand and I have known for years, and these overnight pads didn’t disappoint. They’re very absorbent and offer great protection, especially for overnight use or long-distance travel. They are a bit larger and slightly bulky for everyday wear, but they’re perfect when you need extra coverage and peace of mind. If you're looking for a reliable, highly absorbent pad for those heavier moments, I definitely recommend giving these a try!

With that being said, they were so thick, that they became uncomfortable and bunched up. If you are sensitive to rubbing in your lower areas, this is probably too thick to use.

There is no way that I would be able to wear these comfortably during the day. They may work for someone who is taller and perhaps heavier, but they are not the right size for me.

It would be nice if the pad could be a little thinner. I would purchase these pads again because I have a heavy flow when I am sleeping

They are not absorbent and they stink. They are not odor control as previously. I have used poise for many years and not happy with the new product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pads were a little bulky between my legs and are hard to use discreetly but they do their job. They are almost as good as adult diapers. I used them when I went on trips when I wasn't sure when I would find a bathroom and they worked great.
