[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Taking the product out of the box, I was already under the impression that it looked and felt very thick and bulky. Unfortunately after using the product I still felt the same way. The pad is soft and I like the length of it for extra protection, but it felt so bulky like I was wearing a diaper. I felt uncomfortable walking around and could definitely feel there was something in between my legs. On the upside, it was very absorbent and didn't have a lot of odor coming from it. Overall, I prefer something a lot thinner with maybe a different material that would be just as absorbent.

Sometimes there are areas where we travel that have no stops, and in case of an emergency, these have saved me. They don’t carry a heavy scent yet they mask the odor of leakage or an accident. They fit well and cover a wide area, so no worries about spots showing up on clothes.

I am in my early 40's, have had 5 children, and live with mild multiple sclerosis. I suffer from very irregular periods & have leaks and bladder issues ie cough, sneeze, uh-oh! They fit, but not in your cute undies. These work in full coverage. The fit is bulky, but not unbearable. It absorbs quickly & I haven't noticed odor. As far as leakage, I honestly haven't had a situation where this is tested. I guess time will tell! Kinda wish it had wings. Overall, pretty good product and will likely but again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Alright, folks — if you’re dealing with bladder leaks or postpartum “surprises,” these Poise pads aren’t the worst thing you can grab. The absorbency is actually really solid — they lock it up faster than a small-town bar at midnight when the snowstorm rolls in. No leaks to report, even after a good laugh or sneeze attack. Odor control? Honestly, pretty decent. I wasn’t walking around worried I smelled like a porta-potty at the county fair, so that’s a win in my book. But the comfort? Ehhh… that’s where things go a little sideways. They talk about this fancy “ContourFit” design, but I gotta say, unless you’re shaped like the model on the box, you might be doing the pad shuffle to get these to sit right. And even then? They’re not exactly all-day comfy. More like, “get through your errands and change it as soon as you get home” kinda comfort. Bottom line — great absorbency, good odor control, comfort could use some work. Would I buy them again? Maybe for short outings or emergencies. But I’m still on the hunt for the holy grail of leak protection that doesn’t feel like I’m wearing a mini mattress.

The absorbency is amazing, no leaks, no odors, and I feel dry and confident all day, even on my busiest days. This was a life changer. Not only does it absorb what I need it covers a larger area so if there is a little more urine than you thought it will spread into the extra room . I would definitely get it again

I absolutely found them to be comfortable they did not bunch up like some of the other pads do. The only problem I have is that sometimes I have a complete bladder empty and it didn't fully protect me from that
