They are perfect for around the house and for overnight accidents or if you’re on your period. I love that they fully cover you literally from front to back. Seem to be leakproof and very absorbent. Only thing is they are a bit large & bulky so they are not something I would feel comfortable wearing out in public.

They are also very discreet when you are wearing them with your clothes. You don’t have to worry about everyone seeing them with your clothes on. They are very comfortable. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Poise Originals Ultimate Absorbency Long Length pads provide great coverage and absorbency, but honestly unless you wear dresses/skirts all the time, for me personally they feel bulky and obvious, like everyone can see I’m wearing them even if they actually can’t. I don’t have a nighttime leakage issue, but if I did I would definitely give these a try because the length would be helpful. Great product, just not quite right for me.

The package states that each pad can hold up to 12 hours, which I'm sure they can but I have to change mine at every restroom break, which I do for any coverage that I use for my hygiene. The pads are big and bulky to be absorbent. Which is why I can only wear them at night in comfortable clothes, they are not comfortable wearing jeans or anything tight.
