First of all, let me start by saying at this point in my life, unless there is an emergency situation, I have had some medical things done so that I have no use for pads quite so absorbent anymore. These would have been a perfect gift before that had happened though. I love how the pad covers the front and the back of your underwear, not in a bulky way. They are this enough that you feel comfortable that you won’t have a leak, but not too thick where you feel like you’re wearing a diaper. I was really impressed by these pads and I would definitely recommend this product.

The only thing I would possibly consider changing is the bulkiness of the pad. It's a little thicker than I prefer, especially under certain pants, but I can deal with that.

The only issues that I found was that they were VERY thick and almost too long. They were so thick and long that it made it uncomfortable. Because of this it was impossible to hide the fact that you were wearing one. If I was to purchase them again I would make sure to get ones that were a bit thinner, shorter, and more inconspicuous.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this product after a very severe childbirth and it was wonderful because it was extra absorbent and the link was very long so it caught all the blood that I needed and even with it being a dramatic childbirth a steel didn't have to change my pads close to as often as other brands that I have tried.

I did a test before I fell asleep in them. It worked. What I did notice is that I moved around a lot trying to find a comfortable position to sleep after my procedure. The pad did bunch. Also, maybe if your underwear is not as stretchy as mine were, it may not move as much. I will stick to the underwear version for nighttime. These work like a charm. Had my cycle, couldn’t find a pad fast enough but these were there. Heavy cycles have been a thing for me. These worked better than my pads. The length alone put it ahead of the other pads. It was comfortable and didn’t stick to my nether regions. Bonus number two. If you are looking for something discreet that gives you the freedom of not worrying about racing then slipping and having to use your life alert, this is it. Trust me, you don’t want to go that route. It hurts. It tells you which way faces forward.

I think I just prefer the newer absorbent thin pads that have came out in recent years. However these could be good for the use of bladder leaks and overnight protection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pads for bladder control are wonderful. They have a great absorbency to them. Haven't had any oder they keep the s ent down. Wonderful fit in the panties, but they little on the thick side so they not good on comfort.

I like that they are longer therefore provide more coverage and protection from leaks, especially with the Ultimate protection too. They are mt go to for an annoying condition.

I'm an XL girl but these pads were MASSIVE, I tried so many times to use these but they were so big that they wouldn't even fit between my legs. I think Poise is a wonderful brand but these are a no go. It feels like you're wearing a huge diaper, the sticky part kept sticking to my legs and it was overall so uncomfortable. I wanted to love these but I just couldn't figure out how to make them work.
