I’ve started levels to help but when I sneeze or badly cough I can admit I do have issues with my bladder. This helped for sure and caught what it was supposed to. I can’t account for people with an extensive issue but certainly helped my minor leaks.

They are on the large size so they definitely will show if you are wearing tight clothes but they work great for overnight. I would recommend purchasing for overnight wear. I thought the long length might be uncomfortable but in fact to my surprise I felt comfortable and extra protected while wearing them. I have an inconsistent problem so during the day while wearing the pad if I had a little accident which I usually do the Absorbency in the pad was great. It was thick and held in the urine and it did not leak through to my underwear. It’s just like if I don’t make it in time to the ladies room while I am out or at home. I am sold on Poise they are comfortable and I don’t feel like I am even wearing anything and like I mentioned the fact they stayed in place was a plus for me. I used to wear bulky diapers because I thought that’s what I needed but now I found my new go to and I am quite pleased and will definitely be buying it again.
