They help alot to minimize accidents and long enough to help both ways.. They are sturdy and don't make you feel so uncomfortable. I would recommend these.

They do not look that absorbent, but I discovered otherwise. I had a long day of cookie baking and Christmas shopping. I did not have to change my pad half way thru my day. They are very comfortable and absorbent. My skin felt dry all day. I highly recommend the Poise Originals Ultimate Absorbency Long Length .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was presently surprised with these. The length is great. I couldn't believe that they actually stayed in place. It's actually very absorbent. My only critique would be they felt a lot like a diaper till I got used to them. But most pads of this absorbency are much like diapers. Over all I would very willing but again even if I just use them for overnight protection.

It’s convenient for you to put in your purse; etc. It covers your underwear completely. Whereas some products do not. There’s different absorbency liners I would say this size is for the ultimate bladder leaks. I would definitely recommend this to family and friends. For me though this was a bit to bulky for me I would be more comfortable with the light absorption.

I love the variety of protection, thickness, and sizes Poise offers. Discrete individual packaging, and very convenient to put extra protection in your purse, clutch or backpack. Love it.

They are very long so you are covered both in the front and the back. They are not really bulky and you don't feel them too much. I put mine in a little more toward the back but they don't show through my pants. I recommend these. Gives you peace of mind.

They definitely live up the the “long” part of their description. The absorbency is great. They absorb quickly so that you don’t have that damp feeling. The pads are relatively comfortable to wear. I really only noticed it when I would get up to move around, otherwise I pretty much forgot I was wearing one.

I usually had problems with pads being to short, not long lasting, or the pads not holding enough and this did exactly what I was lacking. I used it during the day and at night and I had no leaks and held a lot. I definitely recommend.
