The coverage is long and wide, so I do not have to worry about leaking. The pad is gentle on the skin and does not irritate. It stays dry, so I am always comfortable. Only thing I wish it to be different is the scent. It is unscented and I am OK with it, but I would love it if it was scented with floral or something feminine.

They are on the large size so they definitely will show if you are wearing tight clothes but they work great for overnight. I would recommend purchasing for overnight wear.
