I wouldn't recommend them for menstrual cycles though just because they're so big and bulky. I was very impressed with how much they can absorb and how effective the odor control is. After many years of living with Poise, the last couple of 4 pac boxes (27 ct long length Ultimate Supreme) have left me disappointed, terrified of having an accident, having to throw away pad after pad that is soiled and leaked in just one area and have to use 3 a night. Seems the technology has reversed. I am looking for a new pad...

I certainly liked the length, however for a better product if you have major gushes, then purchase Tena level 7 overnight. I use them day and night to control the urine. These Poise Ultimate absorbency long length work about the same as Wal-marts Equate Overnight Ultimate-Extra coverage Incontinence pads, and I thought they were really lacking in greatness; thus choosing never to purchase again..

I like that they are extra long because I sleep on my side a lot and if I have any leaks they absorbed it. My problem is making it to the bathroom in time and these pads worked great. They absorb fast and kept me dry if I had leakage as well. I would also wear them if I had to take a long trip and I know a bathroom wouldn't be that easy to find. Also i didnt notice any odor. Overall I'm very happy with this product.

I think I would be more comfortable wearing diaper, because they are too much for me. Also, like I said the absorbency is great with Poise, but there is something about this brand that seems to irritate my skin. Overall, Poise Originals Ultimate Absorbency LL would great for someone who doesn't mind or needs the thickness and length this product provides, because they do hold and absorb all wetness.

There is no way that I would be able to wear these comfortably during the day. They may work for someone who is taller and perhaps heavier, but they are not the right size for me.
