[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wore this to an all day outdoor event for extra protection in case nature called and there weren’t any nearby restrooms or Ladies restrooms without long lines. Very comfortable and allowed my skin to breathe in extremely hot weather. It was not too bulky, either, considering how much absorbency this Ultimate Long has. However, I would not wear these with tight fitting leggings or yoga pants, due to it having the thickness of an overnight maxi pad. Very good leakage protection and flexible fit prevents spillover at sides.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought they were great. Good absorbency, good size and good quality. The texture is nice too. It’s not scratchy like I’ve had before. The only slight downside is the stickiness isn’t that great. So it becomes untuck from my underwear earlier than I would normally change it. Overall good.

Does anyone actually try these before out on the market?? Unsatisfactory one small leak and it is over the sides. The thickness needs to be in the center 3 inches not wider. The ends are only useful if the pads are saturated. I have been using various brands with the same results. My daughter purchased these"new" ultimates. Now these are thinner!! What a waste of money. I know you will ignore my complaint. The last time I called I was informed on no uncertain terms that Poise was NOT interested in my opinion!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Poise Originals Ultimate Absorbency Long Length pads do a great job of protecting you during the day or overnight. At first, the pad felt a little uncomfortable in the front, due to the thickness. But, it became comfortable within 10 minutes or so. I can say that it captured everything and nothing leaked out, whether I was standing, sitting or walking.

There was never a worry of if I was leaking. The length worked perfectly for night time or for when I was going to be away from a bathroom for an extended period of time! I would recommend these to anyone with a heavy flow or even some leakage experiences after children. These did just the job.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pads were a little bulky between my legs and are hard to use discreetly but they do their job. They are almost as good as adult diapers. I used them when I went on trips when I wasn't sure when I would find a bathroom and they worked great.

My Aunt has been using a brand of adult pull-ups. While they are pretty and makes one feel as if she is wearing panties, they do not absorb for the degree of protection she needs. Suffering from Alzeimehers, unfortunately she would not make it to the bathroom in time or even know that she needs to use it. I started using these pads with her and they have been a life saving phenomenal. She is dryer and does not reek of urine as she did in the past. Thank you for making these pad. They are indeed a game changer for her, and for me as her caregiver.
