Literally had to wear this for more hours than I would due to being at work and not a leak in sight on my first day !!! SUPER IMPRESSED!!! From the first wear, I noticed how quickly they absorbed moisture—literally instant absorption that locked everything away before I even had time to worry about leaks. The dryness level is incredible; even after hours of wear, the pad still felt comfortable and clean. What impressed me most was the odor control. The material really does keep you feeling fresh, with no noticeable odor even after a full day of activity. ( I walk a lot for work at my recent job ) I also appreciated the ContourFit design … it’s shaped to move naturally with your body, with a wide front and back that make me feel completely secure. No bunching, no slipping, and definitely no leaks. Overall, these pads deliver on every promise: dryness, comfort, and confidence. They offer the kind of protection that lets you go about your day without a second thought. For anyone managing bladder leaks, Poise Ultimate Absorbency Pads are an absolute MUST HAVE !!! IT WORKS !!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very happy with the Poise Originals Ultimate Absorbency Long Length Pads. They worked quite well on leakage. The only issues that I found was that they were VERY thick and almost too long. They were so thick and long that it made it uncomfortable. Because of this it was impossible to hide the fact that you were wearing one. If I was to purchase them again I would make sure to get ones that were a bit thinner, shorter, and more inconspicuous.

I tested these on an elderly family member and for overnight purposes put on a fresh pad at 9 pm . The next morning at 8 am the pad was full but did not leaking into clothes or the bedding . Overall I would suggest these for anyone who has incontinence issues especially for overnight protection.

I loved the fact that they weren't bulky making them uncomfortable to wear. I knew I could go about my day without any worry of leakage. Anyone that's had issues with leaks and only wearing dark color clothes will be happy to know these will hold up even on your worst day. I plan to continue to use the long length pads going forward because of how they felt how I felt wearing them.

First, it stayed in place the entire time I used it (an absolute must, for obvious reasons). Second, it was super comfortable and if it wasn't, that's a deal-breaker for me! Third, it kept me completely dry and 100% did its job! I've tried other Poise products and have always been quite impressed. This one is no exception and has the same top-notch quality, that is a trusted part of the Poise brand. I would feel confident in using these in my normal everyday activities, as well as with more rigorous activities, such as playing sports, exercise, hiking, jogging, etc. In summary, I give this product 5 stars out of 5 stars and would not hesitate to use them in the future, as well as highly recommend them to anyone who needs them. In fact, I challenge anyone using another brand to try these from Poise and am completely comfortable in saying...you'll never switch back (you can thank me later lol)!

Since the second birth, I've dealt with a small amount of bladder leakage when I've had a deep and sudden cough or sneeze. When I was sick, I would wear a sanitary pad and hated them. They didn't fit properly or comfortably. In the past few years I've gone through menopause and experienced more changes in my body including more bladder leakage. My mind is that of a 20 something year old in the body of a 53 year old. I was not only having "accidents" with sneezing and coughing but also laughing. I became miserable. I knew I had to make changes and Poise was my answer! I wish my pride allowed me to try them sooner because now, I can cough, sneeze, laugh, squat down...anything with confidence. I can leave my house without worrying about embarrassing myself/family, or ruined clothes. Poise stays in place and is completely comfortable during active days and fitful nights. I never thought I would say that but it's true. I'll never be without Poise!

The pads are not bulky which makes the material very breathable. They have a breathability effect, which is great because even with leakage, doesnt leak. There been no irritation in wearing them.
