These pads are very long which I like and wide which is good but makes them uncomfortable. I know I’m wearing it, I feel the bulb of it. It does absorb well. I tested it out with water and it holds more than six drops, however if there’s too liquid then I can fell the wetness on the top layer. If it’s just a few drops it disappears. I like these for long road trips or just long time away from home when I’m not sure I will make it to the bathroom.

These are extremely comfortable. They keep you dry. They also control odors. Overall, they are very effective and I recommend them.

I’ve had incontinence for about a year now due to age, and I have been looking for the best product to keep me dry and odor free. The longer pads are great for my overnight mishap’s. I really like that they say front and have an arrow pointing to the correct side because sometimes it's confusing on what side is front or the back. These pads are six drops so they hold a lot and also have odor control. Not irritating and keeps me dry. If you use this kind of product or are looking for a good one to try then I would definitely recommend these.

I’m very happy that POISE makes pads in different lengths because let’s face it, we are all different sizes. This particular pad is Long Length Ultimate. They’re perfect to wear for days and nights. I’m happy that I can get up to 12 hours without leakage. These are 3 in 1 bladder protection and they do work. They control odor, keep me dry and they are very comfortable to wear. I carry these with me wherever I go and even keep extras in the car.

They come in a big pack , and the size of the pad is great , offering a lot of coverage and support in your panties so there isn’t much movement , you don’t have to worry about these slipping off , they are comfortable, offering enough length to cover front and back . I found that they are super absorbent, I have small leaks here and there when laughing , coughing , sneezing the normal and they kept me dry through an 8 hour work shift . I would highly recommend these !
