Even for heavier women, they give full coverage from front to back. They hold a lot of liquid and are not scented, which is a big plus. A must-have if you have an overactive bladder like me!

Now I do use them inside a diaper and not underwear. I love their absorption. They’re very durable and hold a lot of urine. Very comfortable. Very Breathable. My skin is always dry. I have no wetness or skin irritation at all. I they stay very secure inside the diaper and don’t shift when I’m walking. They work wonderfully for overnight. Granted I’m on medication at night for my bladder. I would give these a 10!

It fits unto your panties, and it absorbs so much you don't have to change yourself all the time like with other pads that aren't that absorbing. They last a lifetime because they are so ansorbant and comfortable.

Honestly I always thought it was for elderly woman for bladder leaks . They weren't scented BUT i liked the fresh cotton smell when you open the bag . The fit though was a little bulky , I would probably go down 2 sizes . The only negative thing would be the attached wings. It did shift alot . I would definitely need the winged ones , if available. But for absorbency, A+ . Would buy this product again .

It doesn't have a scent, fits securely, but is kinda bulky for more petite folks. However, it does the job and does it well.
