They’re thicker for a good amount of absorbency but not evident I’m wearing them. They contain odor and last for the day.

It is slightly uncomfortable because it is noticeable that you are wearing it. But I wouldn’t expect to not feel it. Yes it is bulking but again, not sure how that would be able to be fixed. There is no smell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using Poise 6 Drop pads and overall they perform very well. The absorbency is excellent and I feel protected even for longer periods. They stay in place and don’t bunch up, which makes them reliable during the day. The material feels soft and comfortable, and I haven’t experienced any leaks. However, they are quite large and thick, which can feel bulky and noticeable under clothing. Because of the size, I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Poise pads have become a favorite for me, beating the old brand I used to use, which I’ve been using for a long time already so that already speaks much about how good they’ve been! The old brand, that is the second largest size but with the Poise pads, this is the third largest and you can see how much bigger the Poise pads are! They are thick and hold a lot and I’ve not noticed any leaking which is great for a large pad. I usually only wear these overnight when needed and they work well, considering they’re not the overnight size. I honestly think I can downsize to one of the smaller sizes and still feel protected. I like that these Poise pads have a range of sizes, great for different people with different needs. And like I mentioned earlier, I only wear these when needed for nighttime just in case - which even though the pads are large, they are comfy and I haven’t had any issues with it. No skin irritation or anything. Will rebuy to stock up as a JIC product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I experienced postpartum urinary incontinence, especially when I was sick and coughing a lot, so I needed a leak-proof pad that wasn't too thick....this product is okay to using for emergency day. But it is too long compare a short people like me and make me uncomfortable when wear it for couple hours...Can be see visual if I wear legging. Because this is free product to try, if brand have another product is little shorter I will try to buy again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to love these because there are some positives. The silent fabric wrapper is a huge plus! It makes it easy to carry and change in public which makes them very discreet. Here’s where I feel these pads miss; there is a fabric layer over the top of the pad which tends to stick the skin and cause irritation. Also there are no wings and the pads bunch up like crazy during wear. This causes leakage and therefore the protection is just not efficient.
