She has tried many brands and Poise beats them all. They come in several absorbency levels (like maxi pads) so you can choose the one you need and step up/down as needed. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who is in the market.

The absorbency is pretty much like a diaper and also soft. Their maximum protection so their on the bigger side but I definitely had confidence knowing I was protected.
