I loved the pretty pattern in the pads. The pads were extra long and made you feel secured that they would stay in place. They absorbed the moisture away from your skin and kept you dry. I tested these on an elderly family member and for overnight purposes put on a fresh pad at 9 pm . The next morning at 8 am the pad was full but did not leaking into clothes or the bedding . Overall I would suggest these for anyone who has incontinence issues especially for overnight protection.

But don't let that stop you from buyi.g these. I had ZERO leaks with these pads! I normally wear 2 pads at a time with other brands. These are wide enough and long enough to stop every leak. There was no smells either and my sensitive skin had no reactions. I highly recommend these for anyone with heavy flow like me. I will buy these again!

I am a 6 ft tall larger woman and the pad is too wide between that it bunches up between my legs than when I do leak it spills over the sides and wets my clothes and the center of the pad is bone dry. And FYI Poise not everyone can sleep on our backs so please don't suggest Overnight Pads. Check our the crotch size of standard panties. The pad is significantly wider than the crotch. And I feel you need more adhesive on the pads, it doesn't hold on to pantie well, catches on my skin and can't stick to pantie anymore.

I personally liked to use them at night because I knew for a fact that they were going to absorb and not let me get stained one thing I didn’t like was that there huge and it could be kinda uncomfortable specially if your small like me but other than that it’s good quality product.
