My biggest problem is the fact that it has no wings and you might leak overnight. Overall it isn’t the worst but definitely not the best. If they tweak a couple things, it would improve my rating.

They are not as long; they bunch up, and they are not as absorbent as they used to be. Why did they fix what was not broken? You wind up using more than is needed.Not as good as other ones. These are fine for a low to moderate stream.....not full bladder emptying. I like them to wear around the house. They do not bunch up. The back did bunch up and fold down as I wore it throughout the day....I just readjusted and was fine.

They're a little more bulky then what I expected but you get use to them. I'd recommend to anyone who suffers from bladder leakage
