I wanted to give it a try before I submitted my review so I wore one to bed and was surprised how bulky and uncomfortable it was. The protection level was a 6, which is ultimate protection. In the morning I wanted to test the absorbency and I poured a very tiny amount of water in the middle of a cupped pad in my hand and the water was immediately absorbed and was leaking out the side of the pad. I think for the heaviness and thickness of the pad, the person wearing this should have more protection. If this was less bulky it might make sense but this product was too bulky for me and from the water test doesn’t hold fluid very well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't expecting it to be so absorbing like that because the pads are not that big nor wide so I was like I have to try this and it worked like a charm I never thought ill be so happy to find back up pads if any women of any age having a flow or liquid problem this the kind for you I would not recommend if your flow is bigger then other flows and liquid flow this is like for light to medium for both flow and liquid. I recommend this for teens and girls starting on the womanhood and women with lite liquid problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like to use the 6 for overnight. These are wider than previous ones I have used and I really appreciate that. They are really odor free and help me feel more comfortable. They do not bunch up and stay stuck to panties.

My Aunt has been using a brand of adult pull-ups. While they are pretty and makes one feel as if she is wearing panties, they do not absorb for the degree of protection she needs. Suffering from Alzeimehers, unfortunately she would not make it to the bathroom in time or even know that she needs to use it. I started using these pads with her and they have been a life saving phenomenal. She is dryer and does not reek of urine as she did in the past. Thank you for making these pad. They are indeed a game changer for her, and for me as her caregiver.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Poise are the best for overnight protection! The package are nicely wrapped and easy to open. They don’t fit bulky so you don’t feel like you have a diaper on. It holds the scent in so you don’t have a smell!
