[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Poise Ultimate Absorbency Long Length pads, and they are very effective. I only had mild side leakage with a nearly saturated pad. However, the pads are a little bulky, but that is understandable with the design.

It prevents front accidental bladder leakage and I’m pretty sure it would be good for period leakage as well. I wear it day and night and it stays in place quite well. These can be used for womens’ monthly cycles and, for those that experience bladder leakage due to a week bladder.
