These also work great for expecting mothers when you just don't get to the bathroom in time. They hold quite a bit and are very comfortable.

They are easy to take off the strip on the bottom and then place on your underwear. They are very absorbent and don’t give me any issues with leaking during the day or night. When wearing them they are comfortable and don’t bunch up or fall out of place. I’m very pleased with them.
