Sometimes, coughing or sneezing causes leakage. Also, I jog regularly, and really sweat. Instead of using my usual paper towel down there, I tried this, and it was very comfortable. It soaked up the sweat, kept me dry, and didn't move around.

I had a hysterectomy and as many may know, you tend to leak after you've had a hysterectomy or a baby. You know the old joke about peeing when you sneeze? It's not a joke. It really does happen. Thankfully the first time it happened to me, I was at home. I had not thought of buying incontinence products. I did have a laugh about it and then I started trying different products. Poise is by far my favorite. Not only do they absorb well, they are very comfortable. Over the years, they have made them so they're not visible when you're wearing pants or skirts. I also like the length of these because I feel more protected. The only bad thing is that they can get expensive depending on how many you need to use a day, week or month. The texture of the pad is very soft and does not irritate my skin. I will be looking to repurchase this product.
