These are huge and feel more like a full on diaper. I feel like you may be able to see the bulkiness through my pants even. 😅 i definitely felt safe every time a cough or sneeze came on all day though. Haha!

The adhesive on the pad holds on extremely well. The pad did not cause me any skin irritation, which was a major plus. I will continue using these. They are very long, which is great for at night. We went on a cross country road trip and she used these pads during the trip. When she’s have leakage she said that she couldn’t feel the dampness and it didn’t make her feel disgusting or uncomfortable. I wasn’t able to wear long because it was way too big and was uncomfortable between my legs and rubbed me too much on the back and front. Could be a good option at night since you aren’t moving a lot which wouldn’t cause irritation and discomfort.
