I’m 5’4” tall and around 125 pounds and these feel too awkward between my legs to wear. I’m sure they would be more comfortable on someone with a bigger frame though. They definitely could not be worn with leggings, as the bulkiness of it shows through, but they are fine to wear with jeans. However, the absorption seems effective.
