The poise bars are very comfterable to wear all day and hold their shape. They are not bulky and form to your body to ensure no accidents. They do not have a scent which I really like and they do not hold odor after wearing for hours. I feel secure and comfterable wearing them and do not have to use special underwear or worry about it showing through my pants. They do not make any sounds or noises.

After having an emergency c-section and a 10 pound baby 2 years later, my bladder definitely was not what is was. These pads fit well and are not bulky. They are thick enough for urine leakage and you feel dry. I highly recommend them.

It was soft and not irritating. I didn’t love that it had no wings but I liked that it stayed where I put it. It didn’t scrunch or shift which added to the security. I will absolutely continue using these. My skin was happy and I felt safe from leaks.

They have excellent absorbency and they fit just like they say ultimate long. They do not have any odor to them after an all day use and are very fresh and dry.

However, it's a problem many post-menopausal (and even many pre-menopausal ) women have to deal with so... needs must. Previously, I was using mostly products that are made for monthly menstrual periods. They are ok but sometimes they just aren't enough. Also, after extended wear during the day they can "ball up" and be rendered less effective over the day. Poise pads (6 drop absorbency) are excellent. I had no idea how much more comfortable and effective they would be. The pads themselves are long and so have better coverage which also serves to keep them in place much more effectively. Also, while they do have great coverage, they're not overly bulky and absorb very efficiently which is most important of all! Another thing that I really appreciate is the fact that they actually indicate which is the front and which end should point towards the back on the bottom side. That probably seems like a small or silly thing to many people but believe me, it's so much easier not to have to just look and guess which ends points where! I highly recommend these pads to anyone suffering from bladder leakage. When you have to sneeze or someone tells a good joke...well let's just say you can relax and enjoy the moment!

They absorb quickly and keep me feeling dry without that damp feeling you sometimes get with regular pads. Even with heavier leaks, I didn’t experience any leaking or shifting. I was also impressed with the odor control. They stayed fresh for long wear, which is important to me. The shape is comfortable and provides good coverage without feeling overly bulky, and they stay in place well during normal daily activities. The only reason I’m giving 4.5 stars instead of 5 is that they are slightly thicker than I prefer under tighter clothing. Otherwise, these are very reliable, comfortable, and effective, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing dependable bladder leak protection.
