I was surprised that the back has a sticky back the tells you the correct direction to put in my underwear along with many lines of sticky substance to keep in place. It’s perfect for those times I can’t make it to the bathroom in time. It absorbs quickly to prevent urine burns on my skin.

It is a little bit thick and can get bunched up in your underwear. But if you’re worried about it being seamless, it’s really not as bad as I thought it would be because of its thickness. I put it on on my underwear and once I put pants on, you, couldn’t even tell I was wearing anything. It’s really good it does the job. But it did bunch up a little bit in my underwear, which made it slightly uncomfortable, but it really wasn’t bad

The adhesive on the pad holds on extremely well. The pad did not cause me any skin irritation, which was a major plus. I will continue using these. They are very long, which is great for at night.
