Overall the performance of the product was really great. I didn’t experience any stains or leakage. When using the pad. I didn’t notice any noise. It is a little bit of a thicker pad so you do wanna wear like a thick pair of jeans or something to kind of hold everything in place but overall really good quality worked very well and well priced. The adhesive holds them in place without leaving any sticky residue on your underwear. I did have issues with them bunching up when I was active. I think a size down might cure that issue because they would be a touch more narrow. Even with that I liked how soft to the touch they were. They didn't leave any sore spots from rubbing in places. They also absorbed super quick.
