I have interstitial cystitis and when I’m going through a flare up, getting to the bathroom in time can be a challenge. Also, I have stress incontinence when I sneeze or cough, so I thought having these on hand during a cold would be helpful. I feel like these are too thick for my needs and can definitely feel them when I’m moving. I think they would be better for someone that has more than just a slight dribble (as I have). I feel like I would have been better off getting something other than ultimate absorbency.

As I am nearing 60 my bladder is much weaker making it difficult for me to get from the kitchen on one end of my home to bathroom at the opposite side of the house. These pads help me feel more comfortable and confident. I do like the large absorbent pad but I will also try smaller pads from Poise, too.

I was very skeptical at having to use this product at all in my now menopause years but I have to say that I was warmly welcomed into feeling safe if something were to go awry and that is very telling of a fine product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Poise six drop ultimate absorbency pads are great! They come in easy to open individual wraps which are really nice to take with you on the go. They are easy to take off the strip on the bottom and then place on your underwear. They are very absorbent and don’t give me any issues with leaking during the day or night. When wearing them they are comfortable and don’t bunch up or fall out of place. I’m very pleased with them.

The only con is have is for asking for pics, there is no way you will and can tell a woman is wearing a pad from any brand. Im 40 years old and I've never worried about seeing a pad no matter what a wore or what brand the pad is so taking a picture of me and a pad is ridiculous and invasive.
