The actual item packaging is huge and bulky, and I found the pads to be a bit extremely large as well. They are very, very thick. Almost uncomfortably large. I experience random bladder incontinence but these and although they helped tremendously, I found wearing them difficult. I like them but also hate them. I find the odor blocking feature a plus, but they do not include wings.

But it is too long compare a short people like me and make me uncomfortable when wear it for couple hours...Can be see visual if I wear legging. Because this is free product to try, if brand have another product is little shorter I will try to buy again.

In times like those, these are definitely what you want. I personally wouldn't use them during the day because they're a bit on the bulky side for my liking but for the possible overnight accidents these are the way to go.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pads are super effective, however a little too thick! The thickness was just too uncomfortable and not very discreet. Protected from leaks well, but I just did not like how I could feel it. It adheres to my underwear fine and wasn’t too loud.
