They are comfortable to wear all day & night. They are water resistant to a point- the point of being full like any other pad. They do absorb very well.

Poise pads are a pice of mind to prevent bad odor, the size of the pad goes on the big side and you will feel that is there but no body is going to noticed, unless wearing yoga pants.
