About the size of my palm, just a bit bigger when packaged. Label is clear for front/back of pad as well! The design of the front allows you to feel the fit and adjust as needed. There's 1 major issue, and that's no wings of any sort. Even the tiny baby wings would've helped, as this pad is quite large, I was surprised to see it wingless, it immediately traveled in the back on me (if you know, you know) Scent isn't perfumed, just clean, which also helps significantly when dealing with these types of wellness quests.

These regular length are perfect. They fit the full length of the inside of your undergarment and they have a comfortable they’re just the right size. Very comfortable, also work great.
