They are thin, soft, adhere well, and deodorize well. A little stuffy after long use, but overall very reliable for heavy leaks.

After welcoming twins at age 27, I faced those unexpected leaks that come with a sneeze, a cough, or a good laugh. Even now, 32 years later I struggle with leaks but more of it. I sometimes struggle to reach the bathroom in time. The Poise 6 drop ultimate long protection pads offer the coverage I need and holds a significant amount of liquid, more than I expected, and I’m glad. They are discreet under clothing, which I appreciate. Whether I’m out running run errands, or just enjoying my day, I never have to worry about odor thanks to their all day protection. I always keep a few extra pads in my bag, just in case, and I know I’ll always I will keep coming back to Poise. I highly recommend Poise.

The #4 pads are now different. Those being sold in the lighter pink cover are not as absorbent and leak easier on the sides. I have been using these for a few years, and still have some of the former ones and there is a noticeable difference. I just used a package of the older ones and they were the same as before so it is not me, it is the newer version. So either you use many more, or you move up a level where you don't get as many in the package. Either way you are selling more of a much more inferior product than before.

There’s no wing but the ultimate long size keep it from moving. The fit is perfect for me and I’m petite. Love the instant absorbs and no odor. It doesn’t feel bulky even though it’s thick.
