The surface is soft and comfortable, so it feels gentle on the skin. I feel secure and confident using them, especially while sleeping. These pads are a very good option for those who have incontinence issues and heavy leakage. I have had surgery three times in the last five years, which has made my bladder extremely weak. So I require extra protection all day long. These pads do fill up quickly however, and I find that I am constantly changing them. They are wider than other brands I have used, and much more comfortable and unnoticeable barely there feel. They also don’t have any scent at all. I would recommend getting them in a bigger size than #6 for maximum protection. But, I do highly recommend this product for overall quality and fit.

It's a relief to not have to worry about an embarrassing accident, because I can trust that it will hold for urgency gushes. It has better absorbency than a previously used store brand from a bulk store, which is the only other similar size pad that I have used. It does the job, but I do wish that it didn't feel so thick, and that edges were more tapered. It's so bulky that it's obvious I'm wearing a big pad unless I wear loose clothing. There is not enough stickiness to hold it down sufficiently. It has lifted up off of my underwear as I pulled them down. It is also quite wide. The size dimensions are about 14 inches long by 4.5 inches wide. I did not experience any smell, sounds, or leakage. I am glad to have it as an option for the bad bladder irritation days, long car rides, flights, and just in case as needed.
