[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first time trying the poise 6 drop ultimate absorbency pads and I feel like they pretty much do what they are meant to do. One thing I realized that I did not notice initially is that the packing makes it easy to choose the right level based on your preferences/needs by offering a number of drops that tells you how absorbent it is. The 6-drop option is meant for heavier leaks but if you have leaks that are a bit heavier I would recommend going up in the levels. The pads go up to a level 8. Overall I would say these are a good choice if you are looking for something discreet that will provide comfort and like having the option of absorbency levels to choose from!

They do not leak at all during the night, and keeps me dry until the morning. The 6 drops size is perfect for me because I will just have gushes of urine come out when I least expect it. They work well for during the day or night. They instantly absorb any liquid with NO odor. I highly recommend these!

The adhesive and absorbency are good. They have no odor. One star off because they are quite thick and a bit bulky which is not ideal and feels less than perfect. Just a smidge thinner would be better.
