[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pads are definitely super absorbent, the only thing i don't like is how big they are, i guess that's perfect if your looking for extra protection, but i find it hard to be discreet, they're very large to discreetly dispose of, and not very comfortable at all, especially if your on the move, theyre just large and uncomfortable but like i said if you need the extra protection these will be perfect for you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Poise 6 Drops - Ultimate Absorbency pads instantly absorb any leakage or odors. They are very comfortable love the length and they stay in place too. The fit is everything but I do love my pads with wings just to be a little safer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Poise.com has an Absorbency Scale which claims: Ultimate Absorbency - 6 Drops "Offering the highest level of protection for significant bladder leakage or gushes, these pads ensure maximum comfort and security during daily activities or more strenuous tasks. Offered in Ultra Thin." I tested this Poise pad with 2 cups of warm water and did my best to produce a "gush" of water. I'm impressed! A single drop splashed off the side of the pad but everything else was absorbed quickly. There is a slight wetness to the pad when you touch it but it's a pad, not a diaper. It is also very soft to the touch and was fairly quiet when I opened it. It's around 15 inches/38 centimeters long and 4 inches/10 centimeters wide (in the center).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super long and thick! Perfect for when I have accidents on my way to the bathroom in public places during my third trimester of pregnancy. It’s scent free so I feel comfortable knowing it’s not going to cause any irritation and the fit is thick like an overnight pad but the noticeability disappears while wearing it.

The absorbency is excellent—I felt secure during all-day wear without worrying about side leaking. The “ContourFit” design (wider front & back, curved middle) helped the pad stay in place fairly well.  The moisture-wicking top layer kept things feeling dry and the odor control was solid—no awkward moments worrying about “doing more than I intended.”  On the flip side: they are noticeably thicker/bulkier than lighter absorbency pads, so under tighter clothing the shape was more visible than I’d prefer. Some users also report shifting or discomfort if the fit isn’t perfect.

The absorbency is amazing—no leaks, no damp feeling, even on days when I really need the extra protection. They’re surprisingly comfortable and don’t bunch up or move around. I also love that they don’t feel bulky under clothes, even though the pad itself is larger. No odor issues at all (I change mine every 3–4 hours minimum).
