These are the best croutons we’ve ever tasted! I crush them to make bread crumbs too. I use them in my meatballs and for breading on chicken cutlets for Parmesan. It’s a lot of work to crush them but it’s worth it. People tell me my meatballs are the best they’ve ever had. Any chance you’ll start making seasoned bread crumbs too with the French bread?
